CRACK EAT: Shipping & Delivery Policy
At CRACK EAT, we aim to get our premium dry fruits and seeds to you as quickly as possible. We use Shiprocket to provide reliable tracking and delivery across India.
1. Shipping Charges (Pan-India)
We believe in transparent and affordable shipping. Our rates are simple:
- Orders above ₹399: FREE SHIPPING all over India.
- Orders below ₹399: A flat, minimal shipping fee of ₹30 applies.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Within Kolkata: 1–2 Business Days (Local Express).
- Rest of India: 3–7 Business Days depending on your location.
- Orders are typically dispatched from our Kolkata warehouse within 24 hours of placement.
3. Real-Time Tracking
As soon as your order is picked up by our courier partner via Shiprocket, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp. You can follow your "CRACK EAT" package every step of the way.
4. Delivery Attempts & RTO
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- Please ensure your phone is reachable to avoid the package being marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address or non-availability, a fresh shipping charge may be applicable for a second delivery attempt.
